About the introduction of PRO.FILE and its purpose
As a real project company, KS Systems had a clear goal in mind; managing, receiving, registering and sending large quantities of drawings. Controlled data exchange between engineering and external parties. The existing document management system (Meridian) did not offer the desired functionality for managing the growing flow of documents. Within KS Systems there was a need to be able to quickly, controlled and safely unlock documents with external parties and to check and manage project and engineering documents such as certificates/Inventor parts lists towards Trimergo. KS Systems found the right solution for these challenges in PRO.FILE and at the beginning of March 2025 the go-live of PRO.FILE was celebrated and that was of course celebrated with the PLM Xpert Go-live cake.
