Our PRO.FILE customers can always rely on our Xperts for supporting the use and operation of PRO.FILE. Our advanced helpdesk system register your Service Request and informs you about progress. The helpdesk is staffed with our technical Xperts and available during workdays and office hours.

1. Remote Support

For remote support purposes PLM Xpert uses a Remote Support tool. With this tool a helpdesk employee of PLM Xpert BV can watch on your system to answer your questions and to analyze the system. The tool doesn't have to be installed on your computer.

To use the remote diagnosis, please contact our support by phone. Tell support employee your 'ID' which is listed in the 'allow remote control' field.
