Our PRO.FILE customers can contact the Xperts for all support questions concerning PRO.FILE. Our helpdesk system registers your Service Request and informs you about the progress. The technical staff of our helpdesk can be reached during workdays and business hours.

Our helpdesk system registers your Service Request and informs you about the progress. The expert technical staff of our helpdesk can be reached during workdays and business hours.
The Xperts can also help you remote and take over your system.
For a good support PLM Xpert uses a Teamviewer Client. With this tool a PLM Xpert helpdesk employee can view your system to answer your questions and analyze the system.
Before using the remote diagnosis tool, you make contact with the help desk employees by telephone. Give our helpdesk employee your 'ID' which is displayed in the 'allow remote control' field.
