1. Remote Support
For remote support purposes PLM Xpert uses a Remote Support tool. With this tool a helpdesk employee of PLM Xpert BV can watch on your system to answer your questions and to analyze the system. The tool doesn't have to be installed on your computer.
To use the remote diagnosis, please contact our support by phone. Tell support employee your 'ID' which is listed in the 'allow remote control' field.

Customers have access to exclusive services. These services are only available after registration thru PLM Xpert. Once registered, you will have immediate and full access to the following services:
• Emergency Licenses
• Product Release schedules
• Software; releases, updates, Service Packs
