Legal basis for the processing of personal data

PLM Xpertcenter BV processes general personal data on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Pursuant to this legislation, we can rely on one of the following legal bases:

PLM Xpertcenter BV processes the personal data needed to perform an agreement. Personal data are collected for the purpose of an agreement or you have already provided them for the purpose of an earlier agreement. For example, when sending an order confirmation, an invoice or, if necessary, a reminder or demand for payment. When providing an order, you also grant permission to use the personal data you have provided for administrative processing. Without processing your personal data, we will not be able to be of service to you.
Anyone can subscribe to our newsletter, in which case we will regularly send you news by email. Newsletters contain invisible codes so that we can track how many people read our newsletter and which topics they click on. We record no data by name; we only use general information to improve our newsletter. You can easily unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
